Shipping policy
For a limited time, orders over $35* within the USA are eligible for free standard shipping. After this time we will revert to orders over $50 within the USA eligible for free standard shipping.
*Order total must be $35 after any discounts, and before taxes. Free shipping is not applicable for APO/FPO mail or outside the contiguous US at this time.
Shipping and Handling
Once your order has been placed and you have received your order confirmation email, please allow for 1-2 business days (unless otherwise noted) as we hand pack each and every order with love for you. We try to ship every order out the next business day*, but this depends on how many orders we have at any given time. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
*At certain times of the year we only ship candles and products that risk melting in transit on Mondays through Wednesdays to avoid sitting in heat for an extended period of time. If you wish to place an expedited (1-2 day shipping) order we may be able to ship on another date. Please contact us via the chat icon on the lower right of the screen or at info@waxwingpoetic.com before placing the order so we can confirm that we will be able to process your order in the necessary time frame.
Please note that the amount of time it takes to pack your order is in addition to the length of time it will take for your order to get to you, based on the shipping rate chosen (Priority, First Class, International, etc.). Shipping could be delayed in instances in which we have a high volume of orders or postal service issues that are outside our control.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available, as some carriers do not update immediately.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do not ship internationally at this time.
We offer free domestic US shipping for orders over $50 (for a limited time, over $35). All other orders are calculated online using the best rates possible from either USPS or UPS.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@waxwingpoetic.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We can ship to P.O. boxes via USPS.
Refunds
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 14 days of delivery at info@waxwingpoetic.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
